Our Terms of Business

Subscriptions

Your first bouquet will be paid for when you set up your subscription with us and thereafter payment will be taken 7 days prior to the delivery due date.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via email to hello@beulahfloraldesign.co.uk, however for any amendment or cancellation, please provide 7 days notice otherwise you will receive, and therefore be charged for the next delivery, and only then will your subscription end.

Product Availability

Our flowers are subject to availability and the Seasons so designs may vary from what is pictured on the site.  Where flowers are not available, we will replace them with something similar (as possible) of equal or greater value.

When you purchase flowers you agree that the bunch or bouquet delivered is subject to vary from that particular picture on the website due to you buying Florist Choice or Subscription bouquets where we use the freshest in season that week and therefore, the choices always change.

As minimising waste is important to us it means we have a limited amount of each design available throughout the week. When you place an advance order, we will ask you to let us know your preferred colour, but we cannot always guarantee this can be fulfilled. Although we always try to accommodate such requests, if we are unexpectedly busy or one bunch is far more popular than the other, we will deal with such requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

Certain Products may be delivered by us in bud to ensure longer life.

Some products such as flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order please contact us using the contact form, email or telephone number.

In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full. In any event this shall be no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

Delivery Policy

For non-local deliveries we use a third-party service to deliver our bouquets.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We cannot deliver flowers with incomplete delivery addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address they are sending to and whether they can accept flowers (hospitals, for example, don’t always allow flower deliveries).

We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, government lockdowns, mechanical breakdowns, road traffic accidents.

We cannot under any circumstances offer re-deliveries.  Please give clear instructions as to what to do with the flowers if no one is home – you can provide these on our site when you order and/or by following the link directly in your Courier email/text on the morning of your delivery.

On the day of your delivery, you will receive a notification from our courier advising you of an approximate hour time slot for your delivery, as well as a tracking link where you can provide further instructions for your delivery.  We do not have any control over these delivery time slots.

In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

Where the Carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.

Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against a signature to the address you have provided (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) so regret that where goods have been correctly delivered, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, lives elsewhere or the actual recipient refuses or fails to return item(s).

Our delivery service is only within mainland UK. Please contact us, prior to placing an order, if the delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands.

We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays but in this case, we will deliver the Product on the next working day.

Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances you will be given prior notice wherever possible and we will either make alternative arrangements or reimburse your payment in full.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure your order is delivered prior to the time selected, no guarantee for delivery by the time specified, can be given.

In the instance of difficulties delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact them using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.

When placing your order, you are able to specify further delivery information using the Notes section provided. This is intended to provide further guidance to the party delivering your order which isn't included within your address information; for example to specify floor number or helpful pointers. We reserve the right not to action any delivery requests specified in this field which we deem unacceptable and will use other elements of address information provided elsewhere on the order form to fulfil the order.

Amendments, Cancellation and/or Refunds Policy

As our products are perishable, we do not offer re-deliveries nor are we able to offer a refund if the flowers have already left the workshop for delivery.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please provide us with a photograph, of the flowers, to be eligible for a full or part refund. In order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly please contact us within one working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Online Service any complaints should be addressed to Beulah Floral Design at hello@beulahfloraldesign.co.uk

Flower Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 7 days before the intended delivery date. To amend or cancel your order, please contact us in writing by email or the website contact form.

For Workshops, due to covering costs of the venue, flowers, catering or staff, we are only able to offer full refunds for cancellations on our workshops with 14 days’ prior notice. After that we will refund 40% of the amount paid and is non-transferable to other Beulah Floral Design workshops or events.
